Island Cabinets Pawleys Island, SC
Gray Island Cabinets Pawleys Island, SC and Chantilly Lace perimeter cabinets designed by Prodigy Kitchens & Baths for this home on Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Across from the kitchen is a built-in wet bar. The wet bar cabinets were painted Brewster Gray to match the kitchen island cabinets. The upper cabinets feature glass front doors, and the lower cabinets make a home for an under-counter fridge.
Benjamin Moore Brewster Gray HC-162 is a gracious blue-gray shade that recalls timeless and traditional ivy-covered stone buildings. Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace OC-65 is a crisp, clean, delicate, and refined white that evokes images of pure silk and simpler times. Together the two shades compliment the wood accents throughout the rooms to create a space that truly feels like home.
A door crafted to match the surrounding cabinetry is actually the entryway into a walk-in pantry.
The ceiling-high cabinets include glass front doors, the perfect place for this homeowner to show off their favorite set of fine china.
Custom molding wraps around the cabinetry and continues around the room, giving the space architectural depth and texture.
Prodigy Kitchens & Baths created a holistic look throughout this open concept floor plan by matching the wood on the fireplace mantel, wood beam, and range hood. Gold stools highlight the Brewster Gray Island cabinet.

Design Inspiration:Prodigy Kitchens & Baths were on day 2 of demo on this project when South Carolina was shut down for COVID-19. As part of the demo, they raised the entire ceiling in the kitchen from 8’ up to 10’6”, and added in the tray ceiling. This transformation includes beautiful wood accents that complement the brass fixtures and gray and white tones throughout the space.
