Narrow Kitchen Cabinets in Princeton, NJ

Narrow Kitchen Cabinets designed by Marina Rubina, Architect for a Princeton, New Jersey home. The cabinets were crafted out of Hard Maple wood in 2001 style. They were painted Alpine at 25 degrees for a crisp, classic look. The doors are TW10 hybrid with black hardware. The slab style drawers also feature black hardware. The black cabinetry hardware complements the almost black countertops and pendant lighting. An easily accessible bookcase was built-in to the end cabinet, creating storage space for cookbooks. Stainless steel appliances and white subway tile complete the look of this narrow kitchen.

Design Inspiration:White cabinets are the perfect choice for a narrow kitchen because they make the space feel more open than a darker color. Upper cabinets are only added to one side of the kitchen to assist in making the space feel open as well.
