This open air family room features a custom entertainment center which provides the focal point of the living space.  The entertainment center includes six shelves on either side of the television and other storage units below to accommodate any media or entertainment devices.  The spacious couch and love seats provide a relaxing and comfortable vantage point for your entertainment center, while the other seating provides a glorious view of the outdoor scenery.

This Butler’s Pantry combines wine and stemware racks with lighted cabinetry to create the perfect staging area for adult beverages.  Below the staging area of the butler’s pantry you have additional storage for your favorite spirits and glassware.  The dark stain of the wood cabinetry will compliment any crystal or glassware that one would want to showcase in the illuminated cabinetry.

This staging area is perfect to prepare your favorite bottle of whine, or dazzle your guests with their favorite cocktails.

Here you can see the cabinets that can showcase your decanters while keeping the more used wine glasses out of the way under the wine racks with their own stemware racks.  Below the granite surface is additional cabinetry for whatever glassware, spirits or drinking accouterments.

These Blue Cabinets were created by Kountry Kraft Inc. and were featured in Orlando, Florida for KBIS 2017. This unique cabinetry is made of hard maple in the 3001 style and is finished in Canyon Blue 25°. The cool colors bring a calming sensation over the whole room. A custom mini bar is included in this room as well. The mini bar is also made of hard maple in the 3001 style. It is finished with Sherwin Williams Mature Grape #6286 color, which goes very well with the surrounding cabinetry. The mini bar features a built in wine bottle rack on one side. There is a corner bench built in underneath the cabinetry with a table.

A custom Walnut Wet Bar designed by Justin Sachs of Stonington Cabinetry & Design. These Beaded Inset walnut cabinets are glazed in Black 25° and feature glass panel cabinet doors. The cabinets remain consistent matching in color, wood, and style for both above and below the counter top. This wet bar includes stemware racks for hanging wine glasses upside down. The wet bar features a small undermount sink and wine coolers are built in under the counter. This whole unit is tucked neatly into the corner, not taking up a lot of space, yet still accessible being near the kitchen.

An open concept living room and kitchen design by Shawn Preis of Kountry Kraft, Inc. for a home in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

The living room features a wet bar finished in a Butternut stain with Chestnut glaze 25°. M604 Step Knobs by Top Knobs complete the cabinet doors. For the drawers, Top Knobs M679 Orne Drop Pulls were chosen.

Coordinating with the living room wet bar cabinets is a custom kitchen island. The kitchen island is finished to match the wet bar and features the same door and drawer hardware.

Dykstra 25° paint with glaze was chosen as the finish for the perimeter kitchen cabinets, which also matches the fireplace mantel and living room divider cabinet. Choosing the same finish and hardware for the cabinetry throughout this open space ties the design together.

Custom Fireplace Mantel Surround designed by Galen Clemmer of Kountry Kraft, Inc. for a family room in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This unique fireplace mantel surround features barn doors that open to display the television. When closed, the bead board on the barn doors line up perfectly with the bead board on the mantel surround below. Painted in White Dove, this mantel is the perfect gathering place for friends and family.

Designed to look like barn doors, these cabinet doors actually open outward, rather than sliding open.

When shut, the bead board on the cabinet barn doors lines up with the bead board on the mantel surround.

Living Room Cabinets

Custom living room cabinets designed by Thomas R. Kelly of TRK Design Company for a home in Winchester, Massachusetts, which includes a television entertainment center and other built-in cabinets for extra storage. Constructed out of Cherry wood and crafted in Beaded Inset cabinet style. The designer chose a Hazel 35° stain as the finishing color.

Fireplace Surround

Custom cabinets were also designed and crafted to surround the fireplace. Crafted in the Pennline cabinet style out of Cherry wood, these cabinets are finished with an English Walnut 35° stain. Accented with the same stone that graces the front of the fireplace, the surrounding cabinets add extra storage as well as space to display decor.

Custom Murphy Bed Cabinet designed by Kountry Kraft, Inc. for a home in Bethesda, Maryland. This Murphy bed is cleverly hidden inside a wall of custom cabinets. When closed, the bed blends in with the surrounding custom wardrobe cabinets. Easily deployed and folded out in seconds, this turns into an instant guest bed. A Murphy bed cabinet is the perfect solution for a room that does not have extra space. Top Knobs M1699 pulls are featured on the bed cabinet, as well as the surrounding cabinetry. The hardware is not only decorative, but also permits easy pull down.

Custom bedroom dresser cabinet designed by Michael Beidler of Trout Design Studio for a home in Washington DC. Seamlessly built into the wall, this clever dresser cabinet design provides plenty of storage space with its configuration of doors and drawers. The slab style cabinet drawer boxes are dovetailed. Kountry Kraft is one of the few manufacturers who dovetail drawer boxes. Dovetailing is a finishing touch that helps keep hand crafted cabinetry strong and secure, and it is a testament to fine craftsmanship.
